LEAN... CONGRATULATIONS FROM THE LEAN FACTORY SCHOOL®

At the inauguration of the Lean Factory School Contributions will be made by Tiziana Ferrari (Director General of Unindustria Bologna), Michele Bonfiglioli (CEO of Bonfiglioli Consulting), Giorgio Mercalli (Director General of Tellure Rota), Alberto Colliva (CEO of Calzoni), and Graziano Prantoni (Councillor for Productive Activities of the Province of Bologna).

During the inauguration, there will be time for simulations on the production line recreated in the Lean Factory School, which are the real focus of the training program.
In times of crisis, it's a sign of confidence in the potential of 'Made in Italy'.

The Lean Factory School’s curriculum is coordinated by Lorenzo Moi: “It is a continuous alternation between theoretical training sessions—which will account for about 20% of the total time—and their subsequent practical application, which serves as a fundamental complement. We aim to foster team spirit and a real understanding of the problems encountered on assembly lines. Each lesson will be based on hands-on exercises that simulate the challenges and situations we encounter in various business settings.”.
The Lean Factory School headquarters is located in Crespellano, but itinerant Lean Factory Schools are planned for the most industrialized areas of the country.
