A new organizational model oriented towards Lean

Cassa di Risparmio di Ferrara, now owned by the BPER Banca group, has placed a strong emphasis on a general improvement of its internal business processes, initiating a program to increase the number of branches in the area.

This involved the introduction of new activities for the centralized Back Office and necessitated the launch of a program Change Management with a focus on the organizational structure.
