Ishikawa Diagram (Fishbone Analysis)

What is it?
A root cause analysis tool in the form of a fishbone diagram, which visualizes the causes of a specific problem or event. Causes are usually grouped into broad categories such as man, machine, method, material, measurement, or environment.
