Privacy Policy

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and Article 13 of Regulation 2016/679/EU (hereinafter “Regulation”), Bonfiglioli Consulting S.r.l., with registered office at Via Isonzo 61, 40033 Casalecchio di Reno (BO), Tax Code and VAT number 02646871208, as data controller, informs you that your personal data will be processed to allow the controller to manage the organization of events for which the data are collected and to send, via email, mail, and/or telephone contact, newsletters and commercial communications about the services offered.

The legal basis is the freely given consent of the data subject: any refusal, in whole or in part, to provide the data or the inaccurate or untrue provision of the same will make it impossible to process the data.

The processing may concern all operations indicated by art. 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of the “Privacy Code” and art. 4 no. 2 of the “Regulation”.

In any case, the principles and limits of correctness, lawfulness, purpose, quality, relevance, non-excess, and transparency will be respected.

Personal data will be processed directly by the controller's organization using automated tools for the time strictly necessary for the purposes referred to in points a), b), and c) of this disclosure and will be stored in electronic archives for a period of 5 years.

The data will not be shared with third parties.

The data subject has the right to:
– request access to personal data, rectification or erasure of the data, or restriction of processing from the data controller;
– to object to their treatment;
– to request data portability from the data controller;
to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent previously given;
– to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
– to know about the existence of automated decision-making, information about the logic used, and the foreseeable consequences of such processing.
