KPIs, if strongly promoted, can be extremely powerful drivers of behavior; therefore, it is important to carefully select the KPI that will drive the desired behavior. The best KPIs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>are aligned with high-level strategic goals<\/li>\n<li>They are effective at exposing and quantifying waste (OEE is a good example)<\/li>\n<li>I am in the realm of influencing employees so that they can drive results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How can I help?<\/strong><br \/>\nWell-designed KPIs drive the right behavior within an organization and enable the achievement of higher-level strategic goals.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is it?
